homemade brownies

What you’ll need:
~1 batch
5 oz all purpose flour
14 oz brown sugar
14 oz granulated sugar
8 oz cocoa powder
.11 oz kosher salt
1/2 oz vanilla extract
16 oz unsalted butter, melted
8 eggs
Instructions:
In a large stainless steel bowl, mix the butter, vanilla, sugars and kosher salt together.
Add eggs in, two at a time, until each egg is combined, and continue until all are incorporated.
Add cocoa powder and flour and mix until just combined.
Pour into half sheet tray that has been lined with parchment paper and greased.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees with the fan on low.
Cool completely, and cut into desired size.
