“How to please a house full of kids and adults this weekend? Try this recipe for brownies that is sure to put smiles on every single face” -Chef Ant

What you’ll need:

~1 batch

  • 5 oz all purpose flour

  • 14 oz brown sugar

  • 14 oz granulated sugar

  • 8 oz cocoa powder

  • .11 oz kosher salt

  • 1/2 oz vanilla extract

  • 16 oz unsalted butter, melted

  • 8 eggs

Instructions:

  • In a large stainless steel bowl, mix the butter, vanilla, sugars and kosher salt together.

  • Add eggs in, two at a time, until each egg is combined, and continue until all are incorporated.

  • Add cocoa powder and flour and mix until just combined.

  • Pour into half sheet tray that has been lined with parchment paper and greased.

  • Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees with the fan on low.

  • Cool completely, and cut into desired size.
