Today, Chef Ant is sharing his recipe for delicious egg salad.

What you’ll need:

~6-8 servings

  • 12 eggs

  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • 2 tbs yellow mustard

  • 2 tbs sweet relish

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne

  • salt to taste

  • 1/8 tsp white pepper

Instructions:

  • Boil eggs for 1 minute and let rest for 8-10 minutes, chill & peel

  • Chop hard boiled eggs

  • Mix all the ingredients together

  • Taste and adjust as needed
