What you’ll need:
~6-8 servings
12 eggs
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbs yellow mustard
2 tbs sweet relish
1/8 tsp cayenne
salt to taste
1/8 tsp white pepper
Instructions:
Boil eggs for 1 minute and let rest for 8-10 minutes, chill & peel
Chop hard boiled eggs
Mix all the ingredients together
Taste and adjust as needed
