Who is EllenGBakes?

Ellen G is a local baker and cookie artist.

What are we doing together?

Each week, Ellen whips up delectable baked goods for our Feel Good Meals menu.

When did she start her business?

Ellen started her career right out of college when she followed her dreams and went to work at Walt Disney World. Ellen worked in hospitality and lived just to make people smile! While at Disney, Ellen chose to work in confectionary. She developed a passion for making high quality, great tasting sweets. After having 4 children, Ellen realized that she could continue on with her love of baking while devoting her life to being a full time stay at home mom!

Ellen bakes her goodies right here in Belmont.

What’s not to love? Her scrumptious baked goods are a staple to every week’s Feel Good Meals menu. We all deserve to have tasty desserts, especially right now! Ellen works hard to source the highest quality natural ingredients for all of her desserts. Every ingredient she uses is either Organic or Non GMO. For example, the cocoa that is used in all of the chocolate items is considered by most renowned chefs to be the “highest quality” cocoa in the world.
