homemade hot fudge

“Trying to find ways to stay warm this holiday season? How about adding delicious decedent hot fudge to your desserts? It will keep your heart and soul feeling good and toasty through the chilly nights” -Chef Ant

What you’ll need:

~1 batch

  • 28 oz sweetened condensed milk

  • 12 oz 52% chocolate

  • 4 oz unsalted butter

  • 8 oz water

Instructions:

  • In a stainless steel bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk over a double boiler until all ingredients are melted together.

  • Remove from the heat, and hold warm for use.

  • Reheat chilled hot fudge in a double boiler, as well.

  • Store in a refrigerated location.
