Today, Chef Ant is sharing his recipe for simple, yet delicious hummus.
What you’ll need:
~3-4 servings
14 oz canned chickpeas, rinsed & drained
¼ cup water
¼ cup lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
½ cup tahini
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth, scraping the sides occasionally.
