Today, Chef Ant is sharing his recipe for simple, yet delicious hummus.

What you’ll need:

~3-4 servings

  • 14 oz canned chickpeas, rinsed & drained

  • ¼ cup water

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped

  • ½ cup tahini

  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth, scraping the sides occasionally.

  • Serve
