5 Finques Reserva 2016 | This wine will slightly tone down the zestiness of the mojo without masking the succulence of the chicken. Entertaining combo!

2019 Maison les Alexandrins Crozes-Hermitage | Medium bodied, fruit forward reds are always the way to go with wild game like Bison. This wine is a velvety & beautifully floral Syrah sure to be the perfect partner to the Bison Meatloaf.
