roquefort popovers

“Want to enhance your prime rib experience? Roquefort popovers are perfect for complimenting any roasted meal.” -Chef Ant
What you’ll need:
~24 popovers
8.5 oz all purpose flour
.33 oz kosher salt
.1 oz black peppercorn
.05 oz flat leaf parsley, chopped
20 oz whole milk
4 eggs
1 oz butter, unsalted
6 oz roquefort cheese
Instructions:
All ingredients must be room temperature.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Preheat muffin or popover tins in oven for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix all scaled out ingredients together.
Remove tins from the oven carefully, and grease each individual cup evenly with pan spray.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
Drop to 350 degrees, and bake an additional 8-10 minutes, until done.
Cool completely in the tins, and carefully dislodge them to serve.
