What you’ll need:
~22 waffles
Wet Ingredients
64 oz buttermilk
19 oz butter, melted
8 eggs
8 oz maple syrup
1 1/2 oz vanilla extract
2 lemons, juice & zest
Dry Ingredients
34 oz all purpose flour
4 1/4 oz malted milk powder
1 box cornstarch
4 oz brown sugar
2.2 oz kosher salt
1.96 oz baking powder
0.98 oz baking soda
Instructions:
In a large stainless steel bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
In another large stainless steel bowl, mix all wet ingredients together.
Combine both bowls together in the larger bowl.
Mix well, until all is well incorporated.
Transfer with a spatula into storage container, or into serving container for use.
